Donations Requested to Support Fireman’s Family
Early Thursday morning, May 17th, 2018, a serious automobile accident on Rt-16 near Williston Pond resulted in the death of QAHVFC Member Brittney Plumer. She leaves behind her fiancée, EMT Brandon Bonner and their five children, two of whom were also injured in the crash.
Their three-year-old son was very seriously injured and remains in critical condition at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. His recovery will be long and arduous, requiring numerous follow up surgeries.
The Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company has set up a special account at Shore United Bank and is soliciting donations to help the family through this crisis and the anticipated extensive recovery period to follow.
If you wish to help, please send your tax-deductible donation to the Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company, “Bonner Family Fund”, P.O. Box 226, Queen Anne, MD 21657. You can also donate directly to the “Bonner Family Fund” in care of Shore United Bank, 22151 Wes Street, Ridgely, MD 21660, or stop in at any Shore United Bank location to make a donation to the “Bonner Family Fund”.
