Station 80 hosts County Wide Water Supply Drill

The Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company will host the Talbot County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association's 2019 County Wide Rural Water Supply Drill on Saturday, April 6th and Sunday, April 7th. Several large pieces of fire fighting vehicles and volunteer firemen will converge on the town of Queen Anne to hone practices and procedures necessary to supply water for fire suppression in areas where few, if any hydrants are available. In addition, Lewistown Rd. may be closed to traffic between 12:00-3:00 pm on Sunday April 6th. Please use caution and have patience during this necessary training event.
